SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Turnaround Time

All in-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  Calculated shipping speeds are applicable only to the time that the package is in transit and therefore the time it takes to pick and package your order is not included in determining how long the package was in shipment.

Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.

“Next Day Air” or “Second Day Air” orders placed before 11:00 am EST will ship out same day (weekends excluded).  All “Air” orders placed after 11:00 am EST will ship out the next business day.  Items that are not currently in stock will be shipped via your selected shipping speed once the item becomes available.

PO Boxes / APO Addresses

Due to carrier restrictions we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

International Shipping

We do not provide any international shipping options at this time.  Currently only domestic shipping to the United States of America is available.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information once it becomes available.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimensions of your products, as well as your shipping location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We’re sorry but we are unable to ship orders on our customers’ collect accounts at this time.

Additional Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping fees caused by inaccurate or insufficient shipping address information entered by the customer at the time of order. For example, UPS “Address Correction Fees” are the responsibility of the customer and will added on as an additional charge to the order. The best way to avoid these fees is to insure that the address entered at the time of order is correct, complete, and does not contain any typos, etc.

Shipment Title

Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Back Orders

In order to save our customers the most money possible on shipping we make every attempt to group items into as few shipments as possible.  Partial shipments of orders are handled on a case-by-case bases that is largely contingent upon manufacturer lead times.
